Seed to Fork

We are taking “local” and “fresh” to a whole new level by putting up our own greenhouses behind the restaurant. Last year we had over 100 tomato plants and 60 pepper plants that helped us implement our “seed to fork”philosophy. This year we’llbe growing evenmore of our own tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, herbsand other ingredients. We are also in the middle of redesigning our menu to offer evenmore options such as salads and wraps for our customers who would like lighter alternatives. Naturally, in keeping with our motto, we’ll be using our own home-grown ingredients in these new offerings as much as possible
