Our commitment extends to our community. Since opening our doors, we’ve proudly served the Charlestown community over a million pizzas. In 2016, we took a significant step by establishing a greenhouse in our backyard, ensuring a constant supply of fresh, local ingredients. This transformation to a locally sourced kitchen reflects our dedication to both quality and supporting the Rhode Island economy. Pictured is our greenhouse, where we grow many of the fresh ingredients used in our dishes. We keep things as minimally processed as possible and source additional produce locally whenever we can. It’s all about keeping it fresh, simple, and close to home.

We grow our own produce right in our backyard greenhouse — including herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, and more — all nurtured with care. This direct line from soil to sauce ensures the ultimate in freshness, quality, and sustainability, while keeping our ingredients as natural and minimally processed as possible.
